Burrito Cochinita

A flour tortilla filled with cochinita pibil ( Mexican slow - roasted pork marinated in citrus juice and annatto ) , red onions , red souce , covered in our special meat and cheese sauce . Drizzled with sour cream , pickle jalapeños , served with rice.
